1. Security – This is a totally secure online fabric shop. We implement every technologically possible security measure to maintain the safety of your personal information. We utilize the Authorize.Net credit card verification platform which is one the world’s largest and most respected electronic financial gateways. Authorize.net secures thousands of leading retail websites and processes over one million retail transactions per day. Authorize. Net’s state of the art firewall and encryption technology which turns your data into a coded sequence with billions of possible variations eliminates all possibility for anyone to discover your personal or financial identity. However if you are uncomfortable ordering online we will gladly process your order by telephone.
2. Privacy – BeautifulFabric.com Drapery store is committed to protecting your privacy. All customer information is used for internal purposes only and will not be given, shared or sold to third parties. Email addresses are used only to send order processing and shipment information. No employee or representative of BeautifulFabric.com or Decorator Fabric Showcase will ever contact you via telephone, email, or any other means of communication and ask you for any type of personal or credit card information of any type. Any suspected fraudulent actions of this nature should be immediately reported to your Credit Card Company, bank, or identity theft service.
3. Purchase Quantities – Our designer fabrics must be purchased in full yard increments. This policy facilitates our online system and helps us maintain our low prices. Our inventory changes rapidly as we stock hundreds of upholstery fabrics. All in-stock quantities are sold on a first come first serve basis.
4. Prices – All prices on our decorator fabrics are subject to change without notice.
5. Sales Tax – All orders shipped outside the state of Oklahoma will not be charged sales tax unless mandated by individual state law. Oklahoma orders will be charged sales tax at the prevailing rate unless a sales tax permit is provided and verified.
6. Payment – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Charges to your credit card will reflect our retail store Decorator Fabric Showcase as the charging company. Payment by check, money order, or PayPal can be facilitated so please contact us to make arrangements.
7. Order Changes: We fill our orders extremely fast so if you want to make a change you must do so very quickly. During business hours we routinely process orders and place the package with the courier within 2 hours of receipt of the order. Once the upholstery fabric has been cut and the order processed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
8. Backorders – You will be notified within three days if all or part of your order is backordered more that 10 working days and given an estimated shipping date. Backorders can usually be filled within approximately 15 working days. Upon backorder notification you will be given the option to cancel the backordered portion of the order otherwise upon your acceptance it will become a firm non cancelable order and will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. If a backordered item cannot be restocked your will be notified via email and it will automatically be cancelled.
9. Damaged Shipments: You must inspect your package upon delivery. If a damaged package is delivered please contact us immediately (latest within 24 hours). If a package is damaged or lost in transit we will replace it immediately but we will not cancel the order because of the loss or damage claim.
10. Returns: BeautifulFabric.com sells only 100% first quality decorator fabric. Because each wholesale fabric has been pre-inspected for flaws and the fact that exact yardage is custom cut for each individual order we do not accept returns (see returns icon for complete details.) Sample cuts are available on all wholesale fabrics for a nominal charge so you can be 100% sure the fabric meets your needs. We highly recommend you order a sample cut prior to purchase. 11. Railroaded Fabric – The term railroaded refers to the orientation of the fabrics pattern to the roll. Simply put the pattern design is milled to run “sideways” or horizontally on the roll as opposed to up and down the roll. The process was developed for upholstery craftsman wanting to cover furniture without any seams. Since most fabric is 54-60 inches wide any furniture piece wider than this would require seaming two pieces of fabric together thus railroaded fabric solves this problem. Railroaded designs are creative and very suitable for upholstery, cornices, pillows, and cushions but generally don’t work quite as well for duvets, bedspreads or draperies where long lengths of fabric are needed. If you are using railroaded fabric on draperies be cognizant of the panel length in relation to the design.
12. Dye Lot Variation – Color may vary slightly from piece to piece. Therefore we can’t guarantee the color of your specific order will exactly match any sample you receive or match any discount fabrics previously ordered. While every effort is made to achieve color consistency some minor color variation due to dyeing or weaving irregularities is natural and inevitable

13. Silk Fabric Characteristics: It is widely know and accepted that silk fabrics contain slubs which are soft thick nubs that are natural characteristics of silk and will not affect the performance of the fabric. This variation is an inherent occurrence in silk production and enhances the natural and hand made appearance of the drapery fabric. BeautifulFabric.com makes no guarantees for consistency of silk weave variations or texture.
14. Limitations: This website is protected by the copyright law of the United States, Title 17 of the United States Code. You may not reproduce duplicate, copy, sell or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any portion of this website without express written permission.
15. Force Majeure – BeautifulFabric.com will not be liable for any delay in delivering merchandise if delays are caused by lockout or other labor or transportation disputes, acts of god, production point outages, delays in import or customs clearance, or other causes beyond our control.
16. Third Parties: BeautifulFabric.com may provide third party links as a information source to users of this web site but does not control third party web site content and is not responsible for the content of any linked sites or any hyperlink in a linked web site. BeautifulFabric.com does not recommend, endorse or approve any third party web sites and has no legal liability to any entity for the content or use of the content available through the link.
17. Warranties: The information, materials, products, and services on this web site could include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Updates and or changes are constantly made to the information contained on the web site.
